WINTER WEATHER TIPS:
Just a short note to remind everyone locally that tonight and all day tomorrow we are going to have temperatures below freezing.
• Make sure all your garden hoses are disconnected as this can cause pipes to break.
• We suggest you close all your crawlspace vents tonight.
• It’s always good practice to know where your water shut-off valve is in your crawl space or basement. Knowing where it is can save time and money in case of emergency.
• If you have an older home and suspect that your insulation is not up to par, a good idea may be to leave your kitchen or bathroom faucet dripping overnight to prevent freezing.
