This first week of Remnant Fellowship Day Camp has been AMAZING!!! 
We have been charged every day from the Day Camp Kickoff last weekend, to the daily Focus Up times with our tribe and the All Camp Devo’s….to LOVE! That is our goal for this summer, to LOVE and to exhibit those beautiful Characteristics of Christ that we have all been learning. We are reviewing some of the scriptures that we learned last summer, such as 1 Corinthians 13 and will have much more to memorize as the weeks go on. We have also talked a lot about the Full Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), we are all encouraged to have that Battle Armor on and to be ready! Our Tribe of Benjamin suit of Armor is back in our room and we have loved talking about all of the Battle Armor and having that suit to actually look at! ( Thanks to the Law Family for allowing us to borrow it!)
We have been very busy here at camp, the Tribe of Benjamin has enjoyed water sports, the slip-n-slide was such a blast , and the pools were so fun… Smiling faces and lots of laughter ! We have danced to Focus Up and Jump Up , we have done encouragement cards to our out of town 2nd graders , lots of sports… soccer, football, sharks and minnows and playing on the playground! The boys play so well together! 
Our Jr Counselors have been awesome, a huge thank you to them for volunteering this summer, they are having so much fun and the Benjamin Boys LOVE them! Special thanks to Oliver who is visiting from Savannah, GA and is volunteering for 2 weeks! It is SO fun to meet friends from all over the world and we so look forward to our friends who will be visiting this summer from California, Illinois, all over the US and as far away as Canada!!
We have started diving into our Camp Workbooks, please feel free to use these at home and talk to the boys about them as well, we are reading and working in the workbook and also The History of the One True God during our Quiet times and Focus Up times.
This coming week will have more sports, more water, more crafts, more scripture memorizing, more getting to know each other and most of all MORE time spent finding a CONNECTION WITH GOD!!!
